About the Job
Seeking an estimator to produce accurate bids for architectural millwork, casework, and fixtures, based on drawings, specs, and vendor pricing
Responsibilities:
- Perform detailed take‑offs from architectural drawings/CAD.
- Estimate materials, fabrication, installation, and hardware.
- Solicit, compare, and qualify vendor/subcontractor pricing.
- Prepare proposals, alternates, and change‑order pricing.
- Coordinate with PMs, engineering/detailing, and production.
Qualifications:
- 2–5+ years of millwork or commercial interiors estimating.
- Strong blueprint/shop‑drawing interpretation.
- Proficiency with Bluebeam and Excel.
- Knowledge of millwork materials, fabrication, and hardware.
